ABOUT CHET LOWE
Chet Lowe is the Senior Pastor of Calvary LIFE in Gardena, California. His ministry spans over three decades and 15 nations, with a particular focus on discipleship, missions, and practical faith application.
Born on September 1, 1970 in the Bahamas, Chet began his first ministry at age seven—a Vacation Bible School for neighborhood children in his parents’ garage. By thirteen, he joined a youth team to build a church in South Korea, and at fourteen, he traveled to Liberia, West Africa, to build a schoolhouse.
In 1994, Chet married his wife, Andrea, and they returned to Liberia in 1995 with their four-month-old child to minister during the nation’s civil war. Despite threats of war, ambushes, disease, and hunger, they saw God’s faithfulness as they planted churches and opened rehabilitation homes for child soldiers.
Today, Pastor Chet continues to inspire believers to live out their faith in practical, adventurous ways through his preaching, writing, and global ministry efforts.
